With the LIMES Future Prize for Renewable Energy, the Energy Park Research Foundation supports research projects that make a concrete contribution to the further development of renewable energy systems. It is looking for innovative approaches along the entire value chain—from generation and transfer to storage of renewable energy.

The LIMES Future Prize will be awarded for the second time in 2026. It is aimed at inventors who open up new perspectives, overcome existing boundaries, and actively shape the future of renewable energy.
